Reschedulings must be requested 72 hours in advance. There is no cost to reschedule. A maximum of one rescheduling is allowed for a single booking. If you need to reschedule the same slot a second time, you will be subject to the cancellation fee of $25. Sessions purchased in bulk or with a coupon are not eligible for rescheduling. If rescheduling becomes frequent, cancellations will be required moving forward.
There is a $25 cancellation fee. To be eligible for a refund (minus the $25 cancellation fee), cancellations must be made prior to 72 hours from booking date so that we have time to fill the empty slot. Sessions purchased in bulk or with a coupon are not eligible for a refund.
Any deposit taken to reserve studio time is non-refundable.
If a mess is left that requires staff to clean up, a $35 fee will be added to the session per day.
Your load-in time is the start of your session time. Please be loaded out by the end time of your session time. Our sessions run back to back.
